Job Description: As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of your branch location. You will play a key role in driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring the branch operates efficiently and effectively. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of wholesale distribution processes.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Management:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed branch sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Foster relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Team Leadership:

• Provide coaching and guidance to staff members to enhance performance and productivity.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and professional development.
• Assists others in the branch when necessary; occasionally take on warehouse or delivery driver duties

Operational Oversight:

• Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability to meet customer demand.
• Monitor branch expenses and budget to maintain profitability.
• Implement operational procedures and policies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Customer Service:

• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
• Proactively seek feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement.

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the brand and network with potential partners.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Experience in wholesale distribution, Commercial truck & van Upfitter or a similar industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Must be a team player and work with others company-wide to accommodate all customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Solid understanding of sales techniques, inventory management, and operational processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,012.00 - $70,851.00 per year
