Tryon Equestrian Properties is Hiring a Server bartender Near Spring, NC
Cleghorn Club is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server / Bartender to join our team. As a Server / Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions or concerns
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and addressing any issues promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Food preparation : Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and ability to assist in the kitchen when needed.
- Time management : Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple tables simultaneously, and work efficiently under pressure.
- Restaurant experience : Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar hospitality setting is preferred.
- Customer service : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and address guest needs.
- Basic math : Proficiency in basic math calculations for accurate order taking and payment processing.
- Food safety : Knowledge of proper food handling procedures to ensure the safety of our guests.
- OpenTable : Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation management systems is a plus.
- POS : Experience using point-of-sale systems for order entry and payment processing.
