- Responsible for safe and efficient operation of plant equipment, including the centrifuges, dryers, RTO, DDGS receiving system, and grain handling equipment.
- Provide support to all plant departments as needed during each shift with a primary focus on plant operations.
- Manage specialized work efficiently with confidence and competence.
- Employees can advance to a higher operator level based on completing company training programs.
Working hours : 6 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM
Skills :
- Certificate in process or power plant technology
- Previous experience in ethanol production
- Previous experience in an industrial / manufacturing setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience performing maintenance or mechanical duties
- Grain handling experience
- Knowledge and / or experience reading Piping & Instrumentation Drawings (P&IDs)
- Knowledge and / or experience with Distributed Control System (DCS)
- Experience adhering strictly to regulatory and safety standards
- Experience with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work as needed which includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Work schedule will vary depending on the shift assigned which will include 12-hour shifts. Must have the flexibility
