Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Supervise and manage a team of 15-25 manufacturing employees.
Align with core values of Safety, Trustworthiness, Dedication, Respect, and Serving.
Conduct performance reviews and handle disciplinary processes.
Drive and sustain improvements in production efficiency.
Oversee daily manufacturing operations with a focus on safety and quality.
Spend 90% of the time on the manufacturing floor.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
Participate in and lead Kaizen events.
Utilize Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles.
Collaborate with other production supervisors.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Participation in Kaizen events.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience with performance reviews and disciplinary processes.
Ability to work cooperatively with team members and peers.
Knowledge of ISO standards is a plus.

No Degree Required
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven supervisory experience managing teams of 15-25 employees.
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S programs.
