We are looking for a part-time sales associate to join our family and make jewelry shopping fun and memorable for our community. This person will be responsible for maintaining store appearance, achieving their sales, repair, and warranty goals, while fostering lifelong connections with customers.

Job Responsibilities:

- Maintain store appearance
- Achieve sales, repair, and warranty goals
- Build and maintain lifelong connections with customers
- Ensure customers are well-educated about products
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain personal appearance as business casual
- Adhere to our code of conduct
- Engage with clientele through our text message application and make phone calls
- Aid in preparing for and delivering on special events and sales
- Continuously learning about products and continuously expanding their industry knowledge
- Be on time daily and ready to work before the start of every shift
