XO Marriage is a non-profit organization headquartered in Southlake, TX. Through XO Marriage conferences, podcasts, online content, and marriage-enriching resources, our mission is to see the marriage rate increase, the divorce rate drop, and a generation of children set up for success.
Job Title: Development Director
Job Description:
The Development Director serves as a key team leader and member of the fundraising/donor relations team for XO Marriage and carries the responsibility of achieving income goals. Reporting to the Senior Director of Development, this position will lead strategy and implementation of all fundraising campaigns for XO Marriage, including individual giving, major gifts, faith-based community support, grants, and estate planning. This position will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with key high donors, developing relationships with new donors, and actively engaging with potential donors. The Director of Development will lead the fundraising team with 1-2 direct reports and will be responsible for meeting quarterly and yearly revenue targets. This position works with the CEO, COO, and the Development team to assist in the creation, coordination, and fulfillment of mid- and long-term fund development strategies and campaigns.
