North West Labs is Hiring an IT Specialist Near Southfield, MI

We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our IT systems, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to our employees and clients. If you have a passion for technology and a strong problem-solving ability, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and maintain healthcare-specific software systems, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Troubleshoot network problems, diagnose, and solve issues.
  • Set up accounts for new users and assist with password and account problems.
  • Test and evaluate new technology.
  • Maintain documentation of issues.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to identify and implement solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and other privacy and security standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an IT specialist or similar role.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data security and patient privacy.
  • Experience with medical EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Allscripts, PCE) is preferred, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
