Duties:
- Exemplify outstanding customer service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and attended to throughout their dining experience.
- Skillfully craft and serve a diverse range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and specialty drinks, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team in food preparation and presentation, maintaining consistency and quality in every dish served.
- Execute efficient and timely service of food and beverages, managing multiple tables and orders with finesse.
- Uphold impeccable cleanliness and organization standards in the bar area and dining space, contributing to a pleasant and hygienic environment for guests.
- Provide support during banquet and catering events as required, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to assist across various operational tasks.
Experience:
- Prior experience in bartending, ideally within a bistro or similar setting, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in food and beverage service, ensuring adherence to quality and safety protocols.
- Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, exhibiting effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to meeting guest needs, even during peak hours.
