Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and serving of breakfast for our guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Set up breakfast buffet and ensure all items are well-stocked throughout service hours
- Greet guests warmly and provide assistance as needed
- Prepare and serve food items following proper food handling and safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area
- Operate POS systems for guest transactions
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with meal preparation and presentation
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for efficient service

Skills:
- Experience in food handling and preparation
- Previous work as a Dietary Aide or in a similar role is a plus
- Proficiency in POS systems for order processing
- Strong phone etiquette skills for guest interactions
- Knowledge of hotel breakfast service standards
- Ability to handle knives safely during food preparation
- Familiarity with reservation platforms like OpenTable is beneficial
