  • End-userandclientmulti-mediasupport(email,phone,text)forallDamaproductsandservices
  • Providesupportforinternalteamsthatincludebutarenotlimitedtocomplianceandclientservices
  • Documentandprovidefeedbackregardingproductandprocessimprovements
  • Clientoutreachandremindersregardingonboardingandcompliance-relatedtasks
  • Assistingwithmiscellaneousprojectstoensurean exceptional client experience
  • Contributetoend-userandclientknowledgebases
  • Otherdutiesandprojectsasassigned

Skillsand experience

  • Acumen for assisting and resolving issues for customers and clients
  • Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills
  • Proficientwithcomputersandtechnology
  • Basicissuetriagingandtroubleshootingskills
  • Provenability to work with a teamto achievecollective objectives
  • Meticulousandvigilant, with a high level of attention to detail

Preferred
