our crew works as a cohesive team where supervisors, finishers, and laborers collaborate to complete each project efficiently.
As a Concrete Finisher, your daily tasks will include grading dirt / rock, placing forms, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces.
Your role is crucial in ensuring the project is completed smoothly and quickly.Key Responsibilities-Perform grading of dirt / rock to prepare surfaces for concrete placement.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and safe work environment.Qualifications : -Minimum of 2 years of experience in finishing flatwork concrete.
- Hardworking, responsible, and reliable with a strong work ethic.-Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.-Reliable transportation for daily travel throughout the North Metro of the Twin Cities, MN.
- Valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance.Job Details : -Competitive pay based on experience. We are willing to meet your desired pay if you work hard, show up on time, and are reliable and committed to doing your best at every job.
- Immediate start available with 40 hours per week.-Opportunities for winter and weekend work if desired.-Overtime pay at time and a half for hours worked over 40 per week.
- Weekly direct deposit.-Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, dental insurance, 401k with match, paid time off, and holiday pay.
