Experience in customer service preferred, must feel comfortable navigating websites as this is a paperless office, excellent phone and communication skills, and detail oriented. Entry level position with upward mobility.
This individual will be working to support a licensed account manager with managing all the day to day service requests for policy holders. Quoting replacement coverage and rewriting policies is also a part of the daily duties af an assistant account manager.
Must be willing to get insurance license. Training provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
