The Opportunity :
We are excited to present an exceptional opportunity to join Mass General Brigham as a Medication Support Coordinator. As a leading healthcare organization, Mass General Brigham is dedicated to providing world-class care and improving the health and well-being of our communities.
In this remote role, you will play an integral part in supporting our patients' medication management needs. Your responsibilities will include :
- Collaborating with healthcare providers to determine appropriate medication regimens
- Ensuring accurate and timely medication ordering and delivery
- Providing education and guidance to patients on medication usage and potential side effects
- Coordinating with insurance providers to obtain prior authorizations
- Monitoring medication adherence and addressing any issues or concerns
Hours : 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm Monday-Friday
Qualifications
- A proven track record in medication management and coordination
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain flawless accuracy
- The ambition to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment
- High School diploma required & college degree preferred
- Must be 18 years old
