Cotton Valley Home is looking for an experienced Production Coordinator. We work with many national retailers across the US.

Ideal candidates must be poised, self-motivated, disciplined, detail-oriented, and have prior import production experience.
Experience working with overseas factories including daily email communication.
Experience working with textile category a plus.
2 years of related experience in importing.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate the production of all PO with overseas vendors and ensure products are delivered on time.
Monitor daily all open orders and work with internal departments to move orders along.
Follow product life cycle from the development stage through final production
Communicate with overseas factories on a daily basis
Interact with the company creative team and sales team on all projects
Costing - spreadsheet creation, data entry
Sample management
PO creation
PO instructions to factories including packing, labeling, and shipping
Shipment tracking
Requirements
2 years of experience working with Overseas Factories.
Advanced Proficiency in MS Office Excel.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Excellent time management skills
Strong analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency
Experience in Wholesale is a must
