RIT Solutions, Inc. is Hiring a Senior Technical Project Manager Near Solon, OH
Role/candidate be located in Solon, OH with some remote workdays possible. Position will initially have considerable travel (up to 50%) to Glendale, AZ. Once the Glendale site project work concludes, this position has possibility for additional work but candidate would need to be based in Solon for continued project work at other sites.
Requirements And Education" Bachelor's degree in engineering/automation/science field strongly preferred, or equivalent experience.
" PMP Certification preferred.
Experience" 5 years of project management experience.
" 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
" Experience with waterfall, agile, scrum, SDLC project methodologies.
" Proficiency in Microsoft Projects or equivalent tools.
" Strong presentation skills.
" 5 years of manufacturing system integration experience (PLC, SCADA, MES, ERP).
" Applied knowledge and understanding of ANSI/ISA 95 Standard.
" Experience in food or beverage manufacturing preferred.
" Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams simultaneously preferred.
" Experience with process qualification and validation in the pharmaceutical or food industry preferred.
