Job Summary :
The Manufacturing Human Resource associate will perform the daily functions of the HR department, reporting directly to the HR Director.
Duties / Responsibilities :
149; Performs routine HR tasks efficiently, upholding both company and federal / state / local standards.
149; Background checks and employee eligibility verifications (E-Verify).
149; Source and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions, working with department heads to do so.
149; Assure and document compliance with training and work assessments. This can include several areas such as safety training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
149; Other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
149; Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
149; Must have experience within a manufacturing setting.
149; At least one year of human resource management experience preferred.
149; SHRM-CP or PHR a plus.
149; Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
149; Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and interpersonal.
149; Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, prioritizing and delegating as appropriate.
149; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
149; Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
