As a Graphic Inventory Specialist, you are responsible for managing the internal inventory of the Graphics Department. This entails creating and maintaining an organized and easily identifiable storage system, both physically and digitally.

It’s crucial for you to possess a comprehensive understanding of the materials within our Graphics stock, enabling you to readily identify them when needed.

Additionally, you will ensure that our inventory levels remain at par within the Graphics Rooms and Warehouse storage area, maintaining optimal supply levels for seamless operations.

What You’ll Do

• Manage Graphics Department internal inventory
• Create and maintain organized and identified storage systems both physical and digital
• Maintain a working knowledge of materials in Graphics stock and be able to identify them
• Maintain par levels inside the Graphics Rooms and Warehouse storage area
• Create PO Requests with detailed information and provide to Purchasing
• Coordinate with Purchasing to identify preferred vendors based on price and availability
• Maintain log of lead times and preferred vendors for all materials
• Check and maintain inventory levels daily
• Review inventory by vendor prior to making PO Request to consolidate PO’s whenever possible
• Utilize forklift to move graphics material internally and Warehouse Receiving support as needed
• Trash removal from Graphics Dept (Print and Fabric areas)
• Rotate stock in internal and storage areas
• Carousel stocking and rotation in Print and Fabric rooms
• Field material questions and requests from Graphics Dept. and PM’s
• Material utilization support
• Capture and Utilize packing materials for reuse by Graphic Support or Crating / warehouse

• Competency in utilizing email software such as Gmail
• General knowledge of the exhibit or sign making industry
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Forklift Certification required. Can be done onsite, but experience is preferred
