HHM CPAs is Hiring a Title Clerk Near Smithfield, NC

**Job Summary:**

HHM is assisting a client in their search for a title clerk within their Dealership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing and verifying titles for vehicles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.

You MUST have title processing experience AND be a Notary.

This role will be on-site in Smithfield, NC.

**Responsibilities:**

-Processing Tag and Title work

-Reassigning titles

-Communicating with management on delays

-Communicating with customers,

-Submitting the DMV work electronically

-Mailing Payoff Checks and cleaning their tag/title/lien payoff schedule

-Other tag and title duties to be assigned as needed

**Qualifications:**

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Knowledge of CDK software is a plus

- Familiarity with motor vehicle sales, transactions, and title processing procedures

- Ability to conduct thorough research and resolve title issues efficiently

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
