YOUR LIFE AS AN HVAC CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

In this customer care position, you're the professional, welcoming point of contact for our clients, greeting them with a smile in person or on the phone.

You're always positive and helpful, answering calls, making outbound calls, and responding to emails promptly every day.

Using your communication skills, you answer any questions our clients have and schedule appointments for services when appropriate.

Attentively, you update and maintain our customers' records, accurately completing and filing the necessary paperwork. You're a great team player and are always willing to take on additional tasks to keep our customers happy and our office operating smoothly.

You take pride in delivering total customer satisfaction and love interacting with a diverse group of people.
