Booz Allen is Hiring a Construction Program Manager Near Smith, HI

Construction Program Manager

Key Role:

Provides planning, programing, and budgeting support for a military posture construction program. Tracks, monitors, and documents the overall posture construction program, including advanced planning, design, and execution for Military Construction (MILCON) and unspecified minor military construction (UMMC) projects. Develop work and design instructions for detailing technical requirements for the preparation of facility designs. Maintain responsibility for developing, managing, monitoring, and reporting various programmatic documents and tasks. Provide Senior Leaders with program updates including scope, schedule, milestones, and risks. Uses project management knowledge and tools to monitor the program integrated master schedule, budgets, and scope.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience working on military construction projects

  • 10 years of experience with program management

  • 5 years of experience with working in the INDOPACOM AOR

  • Experience with developing and managing complex project documents, schedules, risk registers, and stakeholder and requirement documents

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Project

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Additional Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience supporting Joint military operations

  • Experience working with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers or Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Master’s degree

  • PMP certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
