Redington Fairview General Hospital is Hiring an Assistant Nurse Manager Near Skowhegan, ME
The ED Assistant Nurse Manager is a professional nurse leader responsible for assisting the ED Nurse Manager in all aspects of patient care and department specific policies, procedures, and standards. The Assistant Manager must have sound clinical judgement, function as a staff nurse within the department holding the same certifications required of staff nurses. The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting in the creation of a positive work environment that facilitates and encourages involvement of all staff in process improvement, customer service and critical thinking skills.
Status: Full time, evening shift, 36 hours
Qualities: Excellent interpersonal skills are imperative. Flexibility required in order to meet the needs of patients and institutional mission.
Requirements: RN with advanced degree a plus, must hold a license to practice in the State of Maine. BLS. ACLS. PALS/ENPC. TNCC CEN within one year. Moderate Sedation. Health care management and clinical experience in described area.
