- Carry out repairs on HVAC systems, which may involve replacing faulty components and parts.
- Install new HVAC units or upgrade existing systems while adhering to industry standards and safety regulations.
- Promptly respond to emergency HVAC service calls, addressing urgent issues and minimizing downtime.
- Offer after-hours support for HVAC emergencies as required.
- Keep precise records of HVAC service activities, covering repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks.
- Produce comprehensive reports on system performance, highlighting trends and suggesting enhancements.
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of HVAC technical training or apprenticeship program.
- Demonstrated experience as an HVAC Technician, preferably in property management or a related field.
- Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems, components, and controls.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various HVAC equipment and systems.
- Knowledgeable about Safety Standards.
- Possession of relevant HVAC certifications and licenses as required by local regulations.
- Desirable to have an HVAC Contractor’s License.
- Possession of a valid Driver’s License is necessary to fulfill essential job functions (such as completing off-hours emergency maintenance requests, obtaining/transporting supplies, etc.).
