Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Fire Restoration and Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly in the restoration and construction industry, with a focus on fire and water damage restoration projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of fire restoration and construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals.
  • Conduct thorough site assessments to evaluate the extent of fire damage and develop comprehensive restoration plans.
  • Estimate project costs and prepare detailed project proposals and budgets.
  • Procure necessary materials, equipment, and resources for project execution.
  • Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities, including demolition, debris removal, structural repairs, and reconstruction.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or obstacles, and implement effective solutions to mitigate delays or disruptions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients and management on project status, budgetary matters, and any deviations from the original scope of work.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on fire restoration and construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of fire damage restoration techniques, building materials, and construction methods.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
