- Perform routine posting, balancing, filing, and calculating
- Process chargebacks and return item processing
- Verifies and sends wires
- Process ACH and ACH origination transactions
- Reconciliation of internal bank accounts
- Run proof and prepare a transit letter utilizing the TCM system to balance and image all proof items for all branch locations
- Balance and perform End of Day processing
- Research and resolve General Ledger and customer offages
- Will perform routine document imaging for operations department
- Handles the mail for the department (incoming and prepares outgoing mail)
- Perform ATM machine General Ledger balancing (to include off-site locations)
- Answers phone calls from customers and branch locations including customer service and account research
- Monitor online consumer profiles and follow up with letter, reporting and scanning
- Assist customers with ROBO, bill pay, mobile and debit card inquiries
- Build wire, ACH, remote deposit requests and any additional products or services as they become available
- Research online secure messages
- Process debit card disputes and complete online reporting
- Process CAMS-new and track existing
- Investigate, verify and report any anomaly detection
- Tier II support for Retail Banking Department for online banking and debit cards
- Investigate and report unresolved debit card fraud cases
- Order consumer or business Debit and ATM cards
- Monitor debit card reports for accuracy and take corrective action is needed
- Review and process daily reports
- Provide education and training for customers and bank staff
- Practices branch security procedures and protects customer confidentiality and privacy.
- May perform additional duties as necessary to keep the Bank operating efficiently and effectively.
