Production Machine Operator Goal Task : As a Production Machine Operator, you must display strong attention to detail and quality as well as excellent communication skills.
You must also be able to work well with a wide range of people and demonstrate dependability through good attendance and adherence to timelines and schedules. Primary Duties :
- Unload product from rack
- Inspect product for defects before loading onto machine
- Inspect for defects before loading product into cure oven
- Change material on machine
- Do periodic quality checks throughout the process, in a timely manner
- Maintain 5S standard
- Wear proper PPE, Safety Glasses, Gloves for oven
Job Requirements : Education :
Minimum High school diploma or GED
Experience :
- Ability to operate production machines (1 year experience)
- Excellent attendance and a solid work history
- Basic Windows familiarity
Workplace requirements :
- Able to stand for long periods of time at work station 5 hours
- Good dexterity
- Good eye / hand coordination, Attention to detail
- Ability to bend, lift and stretch
- Physically able to lift 10-20 lbs. on occasion
- Ability to successfully interface with customers, associates, and the community
