Superintendent Multifamily

We are looking for an experienced Superintendent, Multi Family to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, commercial, and real estate, and must have a strong understanding of high rise, apartments, condos, garden wrap, and podium structures.

Position Overview: The Superintendent, Multi Family will oversee the management of all on-site construction activities and personnel. This position will ensure that all projects are completed within the specified timeframe, budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Superintendent will also be responsible for providing direction and leadership to a team of construction personnel, while collaborating with other departments, vendors, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and supervise all construction activities and personnel.
• Ensure that projects are completed within the specified timeframe, budget, and quality standards.
• Perform inspections and review plans for accuracy and quality.
• Coordinate with other departments, vendors, and contractors.
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Manage budgets and financial reports.
• Resolve any disputes or problems that arise in the course of construction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Superintendent role
• Strong understanding of high-rise, apartments, condos, garden wrap, and podium structures.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
