This is a 10 Bed Acute Rehab Unit.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required.
- 1 to 2 years of experience preferred.
- Must have an active AZ or Compact RN License.
- Current AHA BLS at time of hire. If you have other than AHA, you will have 30 days to obtain AHA BLS.
- NIH Stroke Scale or completed within 90 days of hire.
- EHAC/ACS Training as assigned within 90 days of hire - EHAC/ACS (healthstream) and annually.
