AmTrim is Hiring a Client Support Specialist Near Sidney, OH

Job Summary:

The Client Support Specialist will support the sales staff and customers for all American Trim manufacturing facilities and coordinate the communication flow between customer, sales personnel and manufacturing facilities. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales support for all customers and account managers.
  • Manage customer portals, including downloading quotes and initial triage for account managers.
  • Support on-time completion and response to bids in customer portals.
  • Understand customer forecasts and lead cross-functional communication internally on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare and/or maintain records related to quotes, correspondence, pricing and contracts for easy retrieval.
  • Implement price changes to contracts at Account Manager’s request.
  • Improve pricing structure as occasions arise.
  • Provide customer support with customers at discretion of supervisor and account managers.
  • Provide support to resolve quality and scheduling issues working with the customer and internal functional teams.
  • Assist in Accounts Receivable collection by providing back-up information to the Finance department or by making direct customer inquiries.
  • Support sales process improvement projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor or account managers.

Qualified candidates must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. American Trim does not anticipated providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-18 status).
