Autism Allies is a leading provider of applied behavior analysis (ABA) with clinical operations in central and western Massachusetts. We are seeking Behavior Technicians/ Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team of dedicated professionals committed to using the principles of ABA to help children diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder. Autism Allies believes in a team-based collaborative environment that offers employees ample opportunities for growth.Autism Allies provides in-home and center-based services out of our Central MA and Western MA locations.We are currently looking to staff clients in the following towns: Shrewsbury, Worcester, Westborough, West Springfield, Agawam, Chicopee and the surrounding areasCompetenciesCommunication SkillsDemeanorDependabilityJob KnowledgeOrganizational SkillsRelationship BuildingTeamworkWork StandardsResponsibilitiesProvide center-based and in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis serviceWork collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of applied behavior analysisArrive on time and prepared for therapy sessionsBe responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisorsBe goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your workImplement and follow Behavior Support Plans (BSP)Teach curriculum and programming for each client’s BSP; model appropriate skills and/or social behaviors and monitorCollect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessionsComplete datasheets, program sheets, and other forms of documentationPrepare materials for individual and group activitiesTrack and report billable hours for insurance providers through practice management softwareQualificationsHigh School Diploma/GED required (Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred)Minimum 6 months childcare experience (ABA experience preferred)Reliable transportationExcellent verbal and written skillsAbility to pass a criminal background checkBenefitsMileage reimbursementTablet for taking dataPaid 40-hour RBT TrainingPay increase for RBT certificationDifferential pay for shift coverageHealth, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance (for employees working 20 hr/wk minimum)PART-TIME AND SUMMER-ONLY POSITIONS AVAILABLE!
