W2 Rate - $22.00/hr - NO CTC
Hybrid Schedule – One week onsite / one week remote;
Requires onsite interview – in person
Requirements:
- 1 year customer contact in financial services
- 6 months experience within investment/brokerage/trade/wealth management/trust- STRONGLY PREFERRED
- This is NOT a call center position – this is providing customer support primarily through case review and email responses
- Must have strong written and verbal communication
Ideal candidates come from the following backgrounds: trade support, underwriting/loan handling specifically with jumbo loans, wealth management complaint/resolution positions
