Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Property Manager at Madison & Brookside in Shippensburg, PA. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and management of the property. They will handle tenant inquiries, coordinate repairs and maintenance, collect rent, and ensure compliance with leasing agreements and regulations. The Property Manager will also be responsible for marketing and leasing vacant units, conducting property inspections, and maintaining financial records.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in property management or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle financial records
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) , High School Diploma required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
