Sylvan Hills Learning Center is Hiring a Part-time infant teacher Near Sherwood, AR

Shifts available:

2p - 6p Monday - Friday : Toddler 1

2p - 6p Monday - Friday: Infant 2

7a - 3p Monday - Friday: Toddler 2/PreK 3

Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child's learning needs
- Monitor and assess children's progress and development
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime
- Implement positive discipline strategies to promote appropriate behavior

Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience working with children
- Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and parents
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children

-PDR number (not a deal breaker)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
