Cedar Hollow Rehabilitation Center is Hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Near Sherman, TX
We are looking for an attentive and knowledgeable ADON who will assist in ensuring the nursing department & provide consistent, attentive and efficient care to our residents. (ADON) is responsible for the nursing team and quality of patient service in the absence of the Director of Nursing (DON).The ADON will supervise, analyze delegate and evaluate nursing activities and ensure resident comfort and care, in compliance with federal, state and local standards. In addition but not limited to the following:
- Help hire, train, teach and monitor nurses
- Manage clinical operations and develop care plans
- Ensure nursing staff follows facility procedures and policies
- Assist in expense management
- Staff evaluations
- Schedule staff in-services
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $38.00 per hour
