The Director of Nursing (DON) will lead and oversee our Nursing Department. Your central goal will be to develop a collaborative and efficient workplace with specific attention to quality resident care. You will perform a range of duties, including maintaining the Nursing Department, setting long-term goals, and overseeing record-keeping processes.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- In-depth knowledge of legal policies and regulations in the healthcare industry
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
