God Bless.Responsibilities:• Maintain the fixed asset system and reconcile general ledger• Complete annual Federal and State fixed asset reports• Collaborate with the sales organization to gather information for setting up new customers in ERP• Run credit reports to establish credit terms• Oversee the employee credit card process and assist employees with credit card issues• Prepare various A/R monthly and yearly reports• Provide backup for the customer cash application process and follow up with customers on past due payments• Analyze standard inventory cost variances• Confirm that accounting policies and procedures follow GAAP• Calculate cost of goods sold for spare parts and small kit sales• Provide backup for international sales shipping values• Prepare the weekly customer AR aging report• Interface and post sales, accounts receivable, inventory management, and job cost to GL weekly• Inventory reconciliation and reserves• Participate in the accounting team with the month-end close process• Assist with AR and travel invoicing.
