Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Follow up on warm leads provided by the company
• Design insurance plans that meet the specific needs of each client.
• Implement strategies to exceed quotas and performance objectives.
• Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to provide informed advice.
• Ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction through consistent communication.

Requirements

• Licensing: Active Maryland Property & Casualty License
• Preferred candidate is licensed and has sales/insurance experience. 
• Would consider an inexperienced candidate who is eager to get into the insurance industry.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Customer-Oriented: Dedication to exceeding client expectations.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while maintaining productivity.
