Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Center Representative. As a representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments
- Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent line of communication to nurture relationships
- Utilize sales techniques to promote our products and services
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to closing the sale
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system
- Assist with inventory control and management as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong math skills for inventory control purposes
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with cold calling techniques and outbound sales strategies
- Knowledge of the local market and dealership industry is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is an asset
