SF Aquatics is Hiring an Equipment Operator Near Sebring, FL
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy equipment to complete waterfront projects. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Duties:
- Operate skid steer loaders, excavators, dump trucks, graders, and other heavy equipment
- Perform tasks such as digging, paving, grading, and horizontal drilling
- Follow project plans and specifications to ensure accurate and efficient work
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license, commercial license (CDL) preferred
- Proven experience in operating heavy equipment, 3 years experience preferred
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and ability to troubleshoot issues
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
