Robert Half has a client looking to hire 2 FTE Bilingual Sr. Business Analyst to support their new ERP implementation and maintain the systems efficiency post project. Bilingual in Spanish is a must! Both of the roles require monthly travel up to a week at a time for at least the first 6 months. After that, travel will decrease significantly to a few times a quarter.

Role #1 will own the effort to identify business requirements, functional and system specifications that meet business user requirements, and Conduct thorough analysis of C2C (Customer to Cash) data.

Role #2 will own the effort to identify business requirements, functional and system specifications that meet business user requirements, and Conduct thorough analysis of P2P (Procure to Pay) and EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) data.

These are direct hire, hybrid roles (3 days a week onsite) in Seattle with free parking.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing the functionality of ERP systems, as well as upgrades and modifications to current systems
• Conduct thorough analysis of C2C, P2P, and EAM data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Document business requirements for C2C, P2P, and EAM process improvements and system enhancements.
• Coordinate major software upgrades and installations.
• Tracking, analyzing and escalating issues within the ERP systems
• Develop and propose solutions to address business challenges, considering both technical and non-technical aspects.
• Work with stakeholders to create functional specifications for system enhancements or new features.
• Communicating with management on schedules, delays and work changes for ERP projects
• Collaborate with testing teams to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects.
• Managing change across the organization to ensure a gradual adoption of the new system

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Bilingual in Spanish
• 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Proven experience in analyzing and optimizing C2C, P2P, and Enterprise Asset Management processes (order to cash).
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong in Power BI and SQL
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with ERP systems
