Clovity, Inc. is Hiring a RN Unit Manager Near Seaford, DE

We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Supervisor to join our healthcare team.

  • Contract Weeks: 13 weeks with possible extension
  • Guaranteed Hours: 40hrs
  • Must work "off" shifts if needed
  • on-call required

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities, including assignment and evaluation of nursing personnel.
- Provide direct patient care as needed, including specialized medical procedures such as PICU care, spinal taps, and IV infusions.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of physiology and medical protocols to guide nursing staff effectively.
- Manage nursing operations in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and assist in quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care plans.
- Oversee training programs for nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $57.00 - $63.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:
