Duration: 12 weeks

Job Summary

MediBril seeks an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor (RNSUP) to join our growing healthcare team. This role is crucial for overseeing the delivery of high-quality nursing care, managing nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Duties:

  • Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and staff performance to ensure the highest level of care.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate unit policies, goals, and procedures.
  • Conduct staff assessments, provide feedback, and implement development plans.
  • Serve as a liaison between the nursing staff, physicians, and administration to facilitate communication and improve patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as with organizational policies.
  • Monitor resource utilization, including staff and supplies, to meet patient care needs effectively.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and implement actions as required.
  • Assist in patient care planning, assessment, and documentation when needed.
  • Handle patient and family concerns and facilitate resolutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards.
