Senior Governance, Risk, and Compliance Analyst

LHH is seeking a Senior Governance, Risk, and Compliance Analyst for a Hybrid role at a client in Scranton, PA.

• This individual will play a crucial role in establishing, enhancing, and executing third-party risk management initiatives.
• Additionally, responsibilities will include conducting security training and awareness campaigns through mediums such as webinars, monthly emails, and newsletters, utilizing existing third-party training content.
• They will also identify and address policy and standard gaps, crafting guidelines for application security, endpoint usage, server hardening, and SaaS security.
• Quantitative and qualitative risk assessments will be conducted, drawing upon familiarity with frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and MITRE, as well as expertise in data privacy compliance frameworks like GDPR and SOX.
• Collaborating with teams, they will author, refine, and integrate policies and procedures, reporting directly to the Chief Information Security Officer.

Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the salary range is estimated to be $110,000 to $140,000 and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
