The Plant Manager is the onsite leader driving a robust culture of safety, employee engagement, quality systems, and manufacturing effectiveness. They will lead daily operations of a custom, discrete manufacturing process to complete orders on-time and to specified requirements.
The Plant Manager will ensure that orders received are accurate and information is sufficient to complete the job(s) successfully on the manufacturing floor. They will work alongside multiple departments including ESH, Quality, HR, Planning, Inventory Control, Customer Service, Sales, and Finance to meet business goals. In addition, the Plant Manager will engage cross functional teams to promote continuous improvement and the implementation of lean manufacturing practices.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business/engineering or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
