The AZEK Company is Hiring a Plant Manager Near Scranton, PA
The Plant Manager is the onsite leader driving a robust culture of safety, employee engagement, quality systems, and manufacturing effectiveness. They will lead daily operations of a custom, discrete manufacturing process to complete orders on-time and to specified requirements.
The Plant Manager will ensure that orders received are accurate and information is sufficient to complete the job(s) successfully on the manufacturing floor. They will work alongside multiple departments including ESH, Quality, HR, Planning, Inventory Control, Customer Service, Sales, and Finance to meet business goals. In addition, the Plant Manager will engage cross functional teams to promote continuous improvement and the implementation of lean manufacturing practices.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business/engineering or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Required Experience:
- 15-20 years professional experience with 7 years of experience in discrete manufacturing leadership.
- Demonstrated success in same or similar role, with a focus on managing personnel and processes.
- Proven ability to develop, lead and direct manufacturing personnel. In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Proficient in understanding/interpreting the company’s financials and proven experience in the budgeting process.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of SAP/JD Edwards. Certifications & Licenses: Valid Driver’s License Other Requirements: Must possess well developed people skills, general business aptitude, general accounting/budgeting knowledge

Pay: $130,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
