MUST have high end custom home building experience
RESTORATION or REMODEL experience is not an adequate qualification for the job
MINIMUM 5 years PM or site management experience in NEW CONSTRUCTION required
local person preferred , but not mandatory
Obtaining bids , negotiating contracts , site supervision, value engineering, material take offs. Punch list creation and implementation .NEED good communication skills
Must have extensive construction knowledge, organized and MUST a good attention to detail., weekly reporting, computer literate , reliable truck. Ability and willingness to assist with "gap work" and punch list items a PLUS.
Primary focus is to build one large , beautiful home. at a time. Experienced , detail oriented person needed. Not a multiple house , multiple location "factory job" of lower end homes .
