This is a Relationship Development position. You will be responsible for lead generation through building relationships in the marketplace.
You will share responsibilities for lead generation, marketing efforts, community relationships, community events and everything marketing.
You will be held accountable for hours that you bring into service. You will be compensated with a salary and a robust commission structure.
You will not be responsible for a certain amount of cold calls or meetings. You will be responsible for the number of relationships you build in the community and the number of clients you bring into service.
Experience in this field is a must.
