**Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Office Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support in a medical office setting, ensuring smooth operations and excellent patient care. **Duties:** - Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Schedule appointments and assist with patient check-ins - Maintain electronic health records using software such as Epic, eClinicalWorks, or Dentrix - Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently - Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures - Process billing and insurance claims following HIPAA guidelines - Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment - Perform general office tasks to support the medical staff **Requirements:** - Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures - Experience with medical office software like Epic, eClinicalWorks, or Eaglesoft - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations for patient privacy protection - Strong administrative skills in an office environment - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic medical office environment where you can contribute to patient care while enhancing your administrative skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.96 - $18.65 per hour
