A Scottsdale car dealership is in search of a qualified Finance Manager.

Job Duties:

• Assist customers with securing financing for their vehicle purchase
• Recommend additional products and services to customers to enhance their vehicle ownership experience
• Structure deals for maximum profitability, submit deals to lenders for approval, and close deals
• Verify that all transactions are compliant with local, state and federal guidelines
• Prepare financing paperwork and contracts in accordance with dealership and lender requirements
• Ensure the timely funding of all deals

Requirements:

• 2 years of dealership Finance Manager experience
• Proficiency with structuring deals and compliance requirements
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Organized and detail oriented
• Demonstrated ability to achieve personal and dealership goals
• Open availability to work all shifts including mornings, evenings and Saturdays
• Pass a pre-employment background check and drug test

Schedule, Compensation & Benefits:

• Work-life balance with 2 days off per week, including Sundays
• Excellent earning potential. Additional compensation available for individuals capable to finance and desk manager responsibilities. $8,000 - $12,000 per month on average.
