Beacon Hill Staffing Group is Hiring a Desktop Support Specialist Near Scottsdale, AZ
Beacon Hill is looking for an outgoing IT professional who is eager to learn and provide white glove customer-facing support for one of our Fortune 100 Healthcare clients.
- 3 years of experience in a desktop support role providing in person end user support
- 3 years in a Windows 10 and Office 365 environment
- 3 years of experience working with Active Directory (PW resets, adding/deleting devices, etc.)
- Ability to perform basic troubleshooting of Windows issues (Blue screen of death, mouse not working, laptop connectivity, etc.)
- Excellent customer service skills and communication - People first mentality
- A or similar certifications
- Apple support experience (MAC, iPad, iPhone)
