A healthcare company in southwest Austin is looking to bring on a Part-Time Receptionist to support their office! This is a fully onsite position Monday-Thursday 9 : 30am-4 : 30pm 30 minute lunch (roughly 25 hours / week).

They are looking for someone who can start immediately and is interested in a part-time role long term. Must come from a healthcare / medical office setting.

Responsibilities :

• Answering and directing phone calls
• Greeting and assisting guests upon arrival
• Learning and understanding basic medical terminology
• Encouraging potential clients to schedule and attend free consultations (sales skills are a plus)

Optional) Conducting marketing activities, such as dropping off pamphlets at doctors' offices (additional hours may be available)

Assisting with social media management, if possible

Qualifications :

• 1 years of administrative experience in the medical / healthcare field
• Friendly and professional demeanor with strong communication skills
• Quick learner with the ability to understand and use medical terminology
• Sales-oriented mindset to effectively encourage potential clients
• Experience in marketing and social media management (preferred)
