Desktop Support Engineer:

Hurray, we have won a 5-year contract to support a Healthcare start-up. The end client is a start-up transforming how kidney care, dialysis, etc., are provided. They are growing fast with 1500 employees. Data protection is critical. All are SaaS applications. Windows environment primarily.

Job Description

• Level-2 support: Assist employees with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computer hardware – laptops, desktops, peripherals, printers, mobile devices, and conference room technology.
• Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process. Provision/de-provision user accounts and application access.
• Interact with vendor support to resolve technical problems with hardware and /or software.
• Resolve issues on LAN/WAN, VoIP telephone, Biometric, and Video systems
• Push laptop upgrades using SCCM for fix packs, security upgrades, etc.
• Assist in testing and deployment of new tools, applications, etc.
• Image management: Create and maintain images (IMAC) and laptop images.

Administer depot:

• Packing, Handling, Shipping, and Transportation of laptops, phones, etc.
• Inventory management - Bring up-to-date and preserve computer inventory and surplus equipment
• Make design/configuration recommendations for future purchases of laptops, phones, etc.
• Maintain an excellent level of customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated efficiently and inappropriate manner

Mandatory:

• Previous experience working in an IT support role with Three years of experience.
• Experience with Active Directory, Intune, Exchange, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office applications and administering Office 365 accounts.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
